Bausch & Lomb Fungus Lawsuit

Jacqueline Wartmann, 57, is suing Bausch & Lomb because of an eye fungus that she says scarred her cornea after she used their contact solution.

The lawsuit follows a similar one that was filed in New York. Health officials have said that there are over 109 cases that have been confirmed so far. More than 50 of these are in Florida alone.

Why is it always Florida? Until I moved here from New York I never realized how much I hear about Florida in the news everyday and I’m talking the national news such as CNN. I made a quick trip to the bathroom to check the medicine cabinet and sure enough the solution I use for my contacts? Bausch & Lomb.

I have bad eyes but they have always been that way. They are no better or worse since I have gotten contacts. So what should I do now? Sue because I happen to own the same product used by those in the lawsuit? Why, when nothing is wrong with me? Roughly any product costs twice what it is supposed to because of ridiculous lawsuits from greedy people day in and day out. Case in point; Mrs. I found a finger in my Wendy’s Chili. Now your going to jail and the world knows your a liar willing to do anything for a buck. Good job.
