A Hair Raising Lawsuit
June 11, 2006
Law firm Ross, Dixon & Bell is in the middle of another annoying lawsuit. Well annoying in my opinion. A few consumers are banding together to sue Garnier Fructis because their hair products did not straighten or strengthen their hair the way it was shown in some of the commercials.
Are these people children? Do they really believe that after using this shampoo that they can pull a 10-ton truck with their tresses? I can only guess they believe that Bugs Bunny and Mickey Mouse are real. I also must add that there are literally more than a 100 different products for any part of the body because what works for one person might not work for the next. Look up variety ladies and gentleman, then try the different variety of hair care products that line any drug store.
