Family Files Lawsuit For The Death On Mission Space

Daudi Bamuwamye after riding Disney’s: Mission Space and the family has filed a lawsuit against the theme park alleging that employees should never have allowed the four year old on such an intense ride and that they were not warned of the dangers. They also say that more should have been done with the child fell unconcious.

Disney sympathizes with the family but feel that they did everything they should have both for the Daudi and other visitors of the park. The amount of damages they are seeking are unknown.
